“THERE SHOULD BE A LOT MORE CUDDLING”
Anna Maria Brandstätter (AT) sends the visitors of the Festival of the Regions on a journey of exploration through the region!
What you’ll find: Text in public space, where the artist translates the Festival topic of “social warmth” into Mühlviertelese in subtle, friendly, thoughtful, reflexive, or offensive ways

NIGHTLY AESTHETIC HIGHLIGHT: A TON 2.0 by Sarah Maria Kamleitner (AT)
An illuminated glass cube, containing a cross section of a wheat field, asks questions regarding the manufacturing and compensation of agricultural products. How much money does a farmer receive for a ton of wheat? How much work is required to produce a ton of wheat? With her artistic installation, the artist Sarah Maria Kamleitner (AT) poses questions on compensation in agriculture. In collaboration with the Winkler Bakery, both “big and small” Festival visitors will have the chance to bake bread that was specially developed for the Festival within workshops.
Thurs, July 4th | 3 pm – 5 pm Baking workshop at the Winkler Bakery in Mauthausen as part of “A Ton 2.0” for both “big and small” Festival visitors!
Location: Winkler Bakery in Mauthausen, Freistädterstraße 9
