05.03.2025 – Cultural-political Ash Wednesday

The current political situation makes it more necessary than ever: we want the voices of the FPÖ, which traditionally organizes its “political Ash Wednesday” in the Jahnturnhalle, to be heard on Ash Wednesday in Ried. We, that is an alliance of civil society actors who stand for solidarity and colorful coexistence in the Innviertel and for democracy and cohesion, including Kuli – Kultur.Land.Impulse, M.U.T., Bildungshaus Franziskus, Atelier 20ger Haus, Vielfalter, OÖ. Netzwerk gegen Rechtsextremismus und Rassismus, OMAS GEGEN RECHTS, Bezirksgrüne, SPÖ Ried, etc.

They continued the tradition of the “cultural-political Ash Wednesday”, which in 2025 is entitled “Defending Democracy”. The program combines information, protest and culture and is free of charge (donations welcome). More Infos here!
