Who is actually working on the other side of the Inn? What cultural initiatives are there? And how can we network? The Festival of Regions invites you to a special bus tour with four stops: a journey to art and cultural sites on both sides of the Inn. From Braunau, the route passes through the Rottal-Inn district and the districts of Ried and Braunau. In Pfarrkirchen, we visit the Glasbau community center, in Triftern the Alte Post, in Obernberg the Kunsthaus Obernberg and in Ried the Charlotte-Taitl-Haus. There, on Stelzhamer-Platz, the artist Thomas Geiger transforms the statue of the local poet into his interview partner with his performance “Bust Talk”, critically illuminating Stelzhamer’s anti-Semitic past. On the second day, moderated workshops deepen the exchange. Together, the participants develop ideas for cross-border projects and discuss them in a plenary.
