The FESTIVAL OF THE REGIONS 2017 “Uninvited Guests” in Marchtrenk was not only an inspiring, stimulating and discursive festival edition, but also the end of the era of the artistic director Gottfried Hattinger, who is now leaving the FESTIVAL OF THE REGIONS after four festivals. Thus, the FESTIVAL OF REGIONS celebrates not only the farewell of Marchtrenk, but also that of Gottfried Hattinger.
